A standard general admission ticket will get you into the airshow, where you can watch all the flying and get up close to all the static aircraft. On Friday there is a four-hour plus flying display, and on Saturday and Sunday, a seven-hour plus flying display.

TANKFEST 2025

TANKFEST features three full days of arena action, with explosive displays of unique historic and modern armour running throughout the weekend.

See the stars of the Museum’s collection running alongside guest tanks and vehicles from the British Army. PLUS hear lectures from tank experts, explore Living History encampments, and see the world’s best collection of tanks inside The Tank Museum.

For its fourth year, the de Havilland model-show is back. We are hoping that the show will be bigger and better than the previous events. It will be a great mix of traders and clubs, with a very friendly atmosphere.

The museum’s cafe and an outside burger-stand will be open all day.

Admission: Adult – £10, Child over 5 years – £5, Child under 5 – Free (these are reduced from the standard admission fees).

The show will include toy soldier along with clubs and trade stands representing aviation, military, fantasy and sci-fi modelling, as well as cars, trucks and other civilian subjects, reflecting the full range of genres covered by Guideline Publications’ hobby magazines.
However, as before, the main emphasis will be on Toy Soldier collecting.
