With the occupation of Czechoslovakia, the German Wehrmacht came into the possession of extensive military equipment of the local armed forces. On closer inspection, the Czechoslovak combat vehicles quickly turned out to be an extremely useful complement to the German fleet, and even remarkably advanced constructions. This was particularly the case for the Panzerkampfwagen 38 (t).
